Still lost , but choosing myself

I won’t lie… I still feel lost. Not completely, but enough to feel it every day in small ways. There are so many questions in my head — What do I really want? What actually makes me happy? What am I supposed to build for myself? And the hardest part is… I don’t have the answers yet. But I’ve stopped pretending that I do. Lately, I’ve just been trying to be with myself. Listening to music that makes me feel something. Writing thoughts I don’t even fully understand. Going for walks where no one expects anything from me. And somehow, those moments have become my comfort. Almost like… they are becoming my safe place. I don’t feel “found.” I don’t feel clear. But I do feel like I’m finally being honest with myself. And maybe that’s where it starts. Because for so long, I was doing everything for everyone else — moving, giving, showing up, without even asking myself what I needed. Now, I’m slowly learning to pause. To sit with the silence. To listen to what’s going on inside me. Even if it’s messy. Even if it doesn’t make sense yet. This process feels long. Sometimes confusing. Sometimes even frustrating. But I’m not in a rush anymore. For the first time, I’m allowing myself to not have it all figured out. I’m allowing myself to just… be. Maybe finding yourself isn’t about suddenly knowing everything. Maybe it’s about staying, even when you feel lost. Choosing yourself, even when you don’t fully understand yourself yet. So yes, I’m still lost. But I’m also still here. Still trying. Still choosing myself in small, quiet ways. And right now… that feels like enough.
